Chris Neidhardt joined Cantrell & Morgan, Inc in March 2023 as Development Principal, bringing more than 20 years of broad-based commercial real estate experience in development, redevelopment, entitlements, leasing and acquisitions/dispositions. Chris began his career at CBRE, Inc. as a retail real estate broker before joining Regency Centers, where he focused on developing retail shopping centers for best-in-class retailers, such as Target, Kohl’s and Wal-Mart. Following his time at Regency Centers, Chris transitioned to the retailer side of the business working for Southeastern Grocers and later as director of real estate for 24-hour fitness, where he led the company’s real estate development efforts for the Southeast US and Texas while also opening several new markets.
Chris credits his decade plus working directly for grocers, most recently with Amazon Grocery Stores, giving him an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals required to identify optimal development sites. Throughout this career, Chris’s strong strategic planning and negotiation skills have resulted in a total lease/capital commitment of more than $1 billion.
Chris earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in finance and real estate from the University of North Florida and is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Florida and active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
