Tommy has been in the commercial real estate business since 1990 and has served as broker, consultant, developer and partner. Having been involved in retail, industrial and land acquisition and positioning, Tommy brings experience and knowledge to the table in a variety of ways including land use and zoning and team positioning for development or repositioning.

Licensed in Florida and Georgia, Tommy is a graduate of Valdosta State University and holds the ALC and CCIM designations. His commercial career began with Fickling and Company in Macon, Georgia, and continued with CBRE in Jacksonville and Southeast Land Corporation.

Currently his focus is land for retail and industrial uses. Affiliations include ICSC, the CCIM Institute, Realtors Land Institute and the Jacksonville Board of Realtors.

Tommy is a long time resident of Jacksonville and enjoys many outdoor pursuits.
