Josh

Josh Spooner joined Cantrell & Morgan, Inc. in September 2019. He started his real estate career in 1995 as a leasing agent for Lat Purser & Associates and joined Regency Centers in 1997 where he spent most of his professional career. In 2008, he relocated to Palm Beach as the Vice President of Investments to lead Regency’s South Florida development program where he was directly responsible for several development/redevelopment projects valued in excess of $150,000,000. Josh is a graduate of The Florida State University where he received his Bachelor of Real Estate and Bachelor of Finance degrees. He is also a licensed salesperson in Florida.
