Graham has over 20 years of experience in commercial, retail and multifamily real estate development, brokerage, leasing and property management. This includes over 4 years experience in launching and directing the Leon County Division of Real Estate, where his main focus was leasing and managing 200,000 SF of commercial real estate and a portfolio of over 440 properties. As Director of Real Estate for Leon County he was involved in real estate leasing, brokerage, tenant improvement build-outs, acquisition & disposition of county owned properties, securing land entitlements and rezoning property. He also served as Director of Property Management for 3 years for a commercial real estate firm in Tallahassee, FL managing over 300,000 SF of commercial & office properties. Prior to joining Leon County, Graham worked for a developer of Tractor Supply Company stores developing projects in Florida, Georgia and Alabama. He also served as Vice President of Acquisitions for an international real estate firm where he secured land and entitlement rights for the development of high-end apartments and identified under-performing income producing real estate assets for investment and redevelopment. Other past development projects include the site selection and development of several commercial office and condominium projects in northeast Florida.
